People in life aren't thinking about what happens when their life is over. But when we see an hourglass with grains of sand falling to the bottom, we're reminded that time in life will one day come to an end. So with that in mind, we've created a new tract that helps make that point and get people to think about how they're spending their life and what happens after their lives are over.
"Sands of Time" - Back Wording
The sands of time keep shifting and slipping away. Soon, our one life will be buried in the sands of time. Do you have more sand at the top or the bottom of your hourglass? We just don’t know how much sand or time we have left. The big question is this: What happens after that last grain of sand falls? Psalm 90:12 says, “So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.”
Are the sands of time your enemy? Do you fear what might be out there once that final grain of sand hits the bottom? What happens when the days of your life are over? Can you know for sure what happens when you die? Hebrews 9:27 says, “And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:”
Have you ever told a lie? Ever stolen something? Judgment Day will not go well for liars and thieves, but God’s forgiveness can change the verdict. The Bible says the blood of Jesus can remove ALL of your sins. We can only be right with a holy God if our sins have been washed away. John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
The sands of the sea cannot be measured, but the sands of our lives can. Jesus knows when your last grain will drop. Judgment Day is fast approaching. Your sins must be forgiven. Repent and believe. Are you ready for your journey into eternity?
