One thing I like about Bob is that he is bold! He wants to reach lost people for Jesus! But you have to go to where lost people are. Go where they congregate and talk with them—college campuses, malls, football games, ski resorts, beaches, and piers at beaches.
Take a read at some of the encounters Bob and his team have had:
Dominic, Fabian, and Steve, two brothers and a friend from Oceanside, came by to solve The Riddle and to see the outreach chart. Page by page they were able to answer many of the questions and seemed to know the Gospel story. They said, “Yeah, our mom dragged us to church when we were growing up!”
As the page with the two circles was shown (top circle with the cross outside the life, bottom circle with the cross (Christ) in the life), they all pointed to the top circle, indicating that Christ was outside of their lives.
Dominic, Fabian, and Steve had responded enthusiastically as all the pages of the chart were shown, and without hesitation, they prayed aloud together, thanking the Lord for forgiving their sins and inviting Him to come into their lives.
As they left with follow-up materials and copies of One Heartbeat Away and One Thing You Can’t Do in Heaven, each expressed their appreciation for our time together and for hearing, once again, the Good News!

I’ve been having some great conversations lately. The world seems to be in a crazy place. Don’t assume that people won’t talk about spiritual matters at this time. I am finding just the opposite!
