Eternity is rushing towards us.
You and everyone else must be ready.
Ever stopped to wonder what you would do with your dying breath? Well, a friend of the ministry didn’t have much time to ponder that question. Shawn just sprang into action. As you will see, he is pretty bold. Enjoy!
Brother, I know you’re busy, but I was thinking about you. I had an anaphylactic shock episode yesterday and almost died, but that’s not important . . . hahaha. I passed out, the ambulance came, and when they put me in the ambulance, I woke up. I immediately grabbed the female paramedic’s hand and said, “I may die . . . GASP . . . right here, but before I do, do you have a relationship . . . gasp . . . with Jesus Christ? She said she did! I said, where’s the other guy? She said, “He’s driving.†I passed out again. My last moments on earth were in His service . . . well, almost hahaha. Can’t fault me for not dying, I tried.   The reason I’m telling you this is because without you setting the example, I never would have almost died in His service. Thank you brother! It means the world to me that God has used you to teach me. ⤠The good news is I’ll get another shot at dying again, and hopefully, I can expire in His service for real the next time.
Shawn is ready to go and wants to go! He’s ready to depart from this earthly life and go to be with Jesus forever. We all should be looking forward to that day.
But Shawn is also a bold soul winner. He wants anyone and everyone to be saved. That is his biblical mindset.
That same mindset was also found in the apostle Paul:
Philippians 1:23, 24
For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ; which is far better: Nevertheless to abide in the flesh is more needful for you.Â
1 Samuel 20:3
And David sware moreover, and said, Thy father certainly knoweth that I have found grace in thine eyes; and he saith, Let not Jonathan know this, lest he be grieved: but truly as the Lord liveth, and as thy soul liveth, there is but a step between me and death.
But hast lifted up thyself against the Lord of heaven; and they have brought the vessels of his house before thee, and thou, and thy lords, thy wives, and thy concubines, have drunk wine in them; and thou hast praised the gods of silver, and gold, of brass, iron, wood, and stone, which see not, nor hear, nor know: and the God in whose hand thy breath is, and whose are all thy ways, hast thou not glorified:
God holds your breath in the palm of His hands. Use those breaths wisely for Him down here, and be ready to roll when He snatches your last breath away and you are finally before Him, worshiping and praising Him forever and ever!
Until the Nets are Full,
P.S. We received some feedback from a lady in London who is committed to witnessing. She is sharing last week’s newsletter with others. Are you encouraging the lost to be saved and the saved to keep reaching the lost?
I shared your latest email with my SNS group chat (207 people here from many countries who are doing evangelism or ready to start it) this morning. I do evangelism nearly every day, as I resigned to do recently. I always post a testimony after evangelizing that day on this group chat that is for evangelism only. Each one of us are being encouraged and equipped and have thanks for each other. It is very hard to translate each testimony to send you, but from time to time, I try.
I can feel that time is running out. So, let’s get more eager to share our faith in Jesus, who is coming soon to rescue us!
