An interesting coincidence about this talk is that ten years after I gave it, I was flying to somewhere. During the flight, I was witnessing to the guy sitting next to me, who turned out to be a strong Christian and said that he liked to read. So, I pulled out a copy of One Thing You Can’t Do In Heaven to sign for him. He said, “You are Mark Cahill?†I told him that I was. He continued, “My daughter heard you speak ten years ago at Purdue University and said the talk you gave there was the best one she has ever heard!†I told him, “Your daughter has a good memory, if she can remember me!â€Â
    The talk his daughter heard at Purdue is the same one we have linked to above. If it impacted her enough to tell her father, maybe the Lord can use it to impact you, your church, or others you know.
    The fun thing is that, when we landed, he took out his phone and called his daughter. So, I got to chat with her and encourage her ten years later! God is good! I just want to thank all of you dads and parents out there who are who raising your kids according to the correct biblical fashion. Being raised for the Lord can make a big difference in them, you, and others for years to come.
