We received this neat email at the ministry not long ago:
Attached is a photo taken yesterday of my brother in Christ, Merle, giving your book to one of the clients at the McGregor Baptist Church food pantry.Â
Thanks again for the two cases of books you recently sent us for use at the pantry. We have a table in the reception area where we place your book and other Christian literature for our clients to take for their reading about God’s promises to us.Â
After the Holy Spirit touched my heart and I confessed my sins, your book was given to me by my wife to read. It was the first material I read, even before the Bible, and it gave me a firm foundation for my faith and an important first step in my sanctification process.Â
God’s blessings to you and your ministry, and thanks and glory to God for His wonderful plan for our lives.
Remember that the Bible always comes first. People seem to really like One Heartbeat Away, but the real grounding we need is only gained by learning the Word of God.
1 Peter 1:24,25
For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:Â
But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.Â
We have heard from many people who said that One Heartbeat Away gave them valuable facts, explanations, and reasons to believe, which fully convinced them that truth is found only in the Bible and that Jesus is the only Savior. Others, who are already saved, have said they are better able to defend what they believe because the information in this book gave them useful tools for sharing their faith. All glory goes to the Lord!!
Robert is very passionate about reaching the lost. How about you?
Until the Nets are Full,
P.S.  Some of us old people had a kind of reunion recently. No, it was not for a shuffleboard tournament in my neighborhood! These are some teammates and coaches who got together for a Celebration of Life ceremony a few weeks ago. All of those people will be in a box soon. I wonder how many of them are ready.

P.P.S.  Remember, Memorial Day is right around the corner, and our Freedom tracts are perfect for handing out to the people you cross paths with. We have received some good feedback on these tracts. Some have said they are received well by the people they hand them to because of the days we’re living in. These tracts are a great way to move a conversation from the freedoms we’ve enjoyed as a nation to the eternal freedoms we have in Christ. You can pick up Freedom tracts for your Memorial Day witnessing at the following link::
