I enjoy watching a few online sermons and preachers. One teacher who has caught my attention is Pastor James Knox. You can’t listen to him for very long before realizing how much he loves Jesus and the Word of God.
One of the things his church is serious about is soul winning. They hold outreaches all the time. They are on the streets. They witness at different events around the state of Florida. They live and act like a real New Testament church.
I really liked his message on Predestination. Calvinism is still one of the big issues we are fighting out there. It is a false teaching that has infiltrated so many churches and denominations, which makes his message timely. He rightly divides the Word of God and doesn’t want anyone to get pulled into false teachings of any kind.

P.S. Asking questions helps us to arrive at truth. We question the teachings of others to discern whether they line up with God’s Word. We ask questions of the lost to compare their beliefs against the Bible and to steer our conversations with them toward truth.
No one wants to be deceived, so we have to put our guards up. We need to know the Scriptures. We want to clean out any leaven in our lives that might have taken root. And we want to help the lost clear out any lies in their thinking that are preventing them from believing the gospel.
God has given us the privilege of discovering, discerning, sharing, and living out the truth before the world around us, which makes the journey of life weighty and real for all of us.
